Building resources for innovation in Italy
We just concluded a journey “Resources for innovation” based on Self Leadership Backbone for one of the most important food distribution companies in Italy. The journey enabled participants to anchor to own qualities, values, purpose, and ambition and to stand grounded in the midst of complex challenges. Tools like mindful active listening, the format of deep dialogue and self-reflections gave space for transformation.
The concept of a lighthouse helped the participants to find their inner “light” that is leading them through difficulties to find their way of meaningful change. The participants amazed us with their quality of presence, generosity of sharing and the incredible commitment to bringing change forward.
3 words emerged mostly about this journey: natural, necessary and a new beginning.
