After they were led into <strong>valuable reflection <\/strong>about themselves and their current situations, participants experienced <strong>deep bonding<\/strong> through in-depth personal exchanges. In a second stage, they worked on their roles as<strong> leaders during Covid-19<\/strong>, and how that leadership needed to change and adapt to these challenging circumstances. The <strong>team <\/strong>processed how they could support each other effectively. The following questions completed the workshop exploration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>What has been the impact on our <\/em><strong><em>business<\/em><\/strong><em>? How can we change and adapt to these new circumstances, short, mid, and long term?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>How are our <\/em><strong><em>clients <\/em><\/strong><em>doing, and what can we do to support them effectively?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>How do we <\/em><strong><em>prepare ourselves<\/em><\/strong><em> for whatever lies ahead?<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We received some amazing feedback!
