Il contesto aziendale rilevante di un&#039;organizzazione \u00e8 tipicamente costituito dai suoi fornitori, dai suoi partner, dai suoi clienti ecc., A volte anche dai suoi concorrenti. La pianificazione trasformativa degli scenari non \u00e8 un modo per gli attori di adattarsi ad una situazione o di costringerla ad essere trasformata o a realizzare una proposta gi\u00e0 formulata o a negoziare tra diverse proposte gi\u00e0 formulate. \u00c8 un modo per gli attori in conflitto di lavorare in modo cooperativo e creativo per sbloccarsi e andare avanti.<br \/>\nNel processo TSP i partecipanti lavorano e discutono le serie di problemi scottanti. Creano collettivamente storie che forniscono informazioni su una gamma di diversi futuri possibili che potrebbero derivare dal prendere strade diverse.
