Diventando osservatori, creiamo uno \u201cspazio interno\u201d. Come diceva V. Frankl: \u201ctra lo stimolo e la risposta c\u2019\u00e8 uno spazio. In quello spazio c\u2019\u00e8 il nostro potere di scegliere la nostra risposta. Nella nostra risposta sta la nostra crescita e la nostra libert\u00e0\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Le teorie e le pratiche di gestione del cambiamento permettono la comprensione teorica del processo di cambiamento, l\u2019uso di diversi approcci per progettare possibili strategie per progredire, e la capacit\u00e0 di seguire e misurare l\u2019implementazione.
