Los miembros del equipo se conocen entre s\u00ed a un nivel m\u00e1s profundo. Comparten sus historias y valores personales y reflexionan sobre sus contribuciones al equipo. Se trabaja para definir los valores del equipo y averiguar c\u00f3mo se traducen en comportamientos y acciones dentro del equipo y dentro del contexto del equipo. La intervenci\u00f3n aclara roles y responsabilidades y crea un enfoque compartido sobre c\u00f3mo ayudar al equipo a evolucionar y progresar. Se traza un camino con hitos para el equipo. Se establece una comunicaci\u00f3n regular con rutinas, rituales y reuniones.
